I came to this company based off of the reviews. I called and was immediately greeted by a very personal and polite receptionist who assisted me in booking an appointment to have my foundation inspected. Once the foundation repair expert showed up he measured the floors with some very advanced equipment and let me know how I could fix the problems I was having. (I had cracks showing up all over my home and half of the doors in the home wouldn’t close.) he gave me many options to choose from. After coming to a agreement the work started within 2 weeks and was done in 3-4 days. They were very respectful to my yard and my garden’s. They had tarps to insure I didn’t have dirt left in my grass and when the job was finished you honestly couldn’t even tell work was done. They literally put everything back exactly where it was down to the plants that had to be dug up. I’m very satisfied with my choice and I would highly recommend this company.

I hardly ever right a review on a business but I was compelled to do so because I want others to know about World Foundation Repair. I knew we needed to get our foundation repaired once I started seeing cracks a couple of years ago. I was hesitant to call anyone for a quote because I heard from people who had it done that it was going to be expensive. Fast forward 2 years and the main crack on my ceiling that was barely visible was now about an inch wide. I did my research and read a lot of reviews on companies in and around San Antonio who do foundation repairs. I read horror stories about jobs that took too long to complete, jobs where workers were never present, jobs where workers were disrespectful and jobs where the repairs were done poorly. After a couple of quotes and a lot of thought, I decided to give World Foundation Repair the opportunity to do the repairs on my foundation. It was the best decision I could have made. Mr. Enrique Vasquez (the owner) and Anthony, the go to person for any questions that I might have before, during or after the repair, arrived at the time that we agreed upon for their inspection. After about 30 minutes, they gave me a quote right there and then. They said that I only needed repairs to the front half of my home, that the back of my home was within the industry standard. I was glad to hear this, I read where some companies quote for repairs that aren't needed. Not only was this good news but the quote was a lot less than what I expected. It was a fair estimate. They explained the process to me in a way that I could understand and also answered any questions that I had. After agreeing on my terms, I was very pleased with the outcome of our meeting. On the first day that they were to begin, Anthony showed up and introduced me to the person in charge of the crew that was going to do the repair, Oscar. I was very happy and pleased with all workers that were present at my home doing the repairs, they were professional and polite. Oscar was always at the site and answered any questions that I had during the repair process. Enrique and Anthony said that the repair would take about 5 days to complete but it took them 9 days. We did have a couple of days that it rained really hard overnight and I did voice my displeasure that I had to rent a U-haul to hold most of the things that I had in my garage and that those 4 extra days cost me. Enrique decided to reimburse me for the extra 4 days of U-haul rental. What company does that? World Foundation Repair does. It's very rare that you find customer service like that nowadays!!! That right there is another reason why I highly recommend World Foundation Repair to anyone who is in need of foundation repair. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with their work. The 1-inch crack on my ceiling is no longer there, it is completely closed and all cracks are barely visible. Best decision I made was to hire World Foundation to do house leveling on my house. The work done was excellent. Was very pleased with the professionalism from entire staff. House-Leveling/Foundation Repair Review written Mon, 4/20/2020):
Last Sat (4/18) WFR completed three weeks' work on repairs to my pier-and-beam foundation. We had an emergency arise due to a burst pipe and the owner, Mr. Enrique Vasquez (EV), came by within a day or so. Others in the biz I had also approached on the subject were unable to see me until over three weeks' later. EV came at the appointed time, crawled under the house, and, after walking around the house to familiarize himself with our plot, gave me a diagram of what needed to be done along with the cost of repairs. He was hired two weeks or so later and, despite the uncertain weather, after obtaining the relevant permit from the City of San Antonio and getting the power company to come out to the house and mark the underground piping, his crew arrived by 8:30 am each morning and worked diligently on the repairs. EV kept me abreast of progress via text msgs or personal visits. One Friday evening (after 6:00 pm) I discovered that one of the toilets was not re-filling. and, thinking this was the result of some on-going foundation repairs, I called EV to report the matter. He came by w/in 2 hours or so, and although not a certified plumber himself, diagnosed the issue - which, as it transpired, had nothing to do with his on-going foundation work. Based on his diagnosis I was able to fix the issue myself, thereby saving the additional cost of getting a plumber to my home. Once the scare of COVID-19 hit, EV and his crew always wore masks and gloves when at the work site, not causing me any concerns. EV is a very polite and affable gentleman who is the perfect example of a small-time businessman who wants to provide THE best customer service. He, his staff and his workers were always a pleasure to talk to and as a group, addressed any issues I had with respect and efficiency. His work comes with a written 7-yr Warranty and I have no doubt that, if the need arises and I call him, he will immediately respond. I wish him and his biz the very best of fortune!

I can't give enough positive recommendation to Enrique and all the crew working with him. They did a job leveling and replacing old cedar post pillars with concrete on our 90 year old house. They were efficient, professional, and cleaned the area after completion. After about a year I called to ask if he could check on the house again. The front door was sticking. He came back and corrected the spot under the warranty from the first work. Again, they're professional and courteous and back up their work. Class act company that I would recommend to a neighbor.

I recently hired this company to level a room that was built on. They answered their phone on Saturday, set up an appointment to come give an estimate. From estimate to finish product they were very helpful. They did awesome work. They always made sure I understood every part of the process. When they got into the job they realized I needed one more peer that that didn’t count on. They put it in NO CHARGE!!. From start to finish this company was awesome and I recommend them highly.

Enrique and Israel and his crew did a fantastic job with our home in Alamo Heights. We have an older home that was definitely low on one side. They installed 15 reinforcing piers and leveled the entire house for a good price.
